This will hire 50 workers to help build the roads and will take them 1 day for every 1/2 mile of road.

Path: 5ft for horseback, and personal travel

Small Road: 12ft large enough for trade, and carriages. Trade + 25%

Highway: 24ft increased trade productivity due to two-way travel without delays. Trade + 50%

Road maintenance per 24 miles of road.
